"I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service department at Sunrise HD. I went in Saturday morning reluctantly " million mile Monday is 2 days away" around 10:30am and explained that I had 2 issues, some serious seaping from the rocker box covers and a sticking shift lever. I expected the bike to stay for a few days however the service personnel asked when I would like the bike back. I was delighted they asked. I explained that I would like it if possible to get it back before Monday so i can be part of million mile day. I went about my business and I got a very surprising call. They were done with my bike. I was floored, I couldn't help but think that it must be a mix up but it wasn't.. I just wanted to say thanks for the quick turn around and the superb job that was done in fixing the problem. I got to ride in my first major thunderstorm too so that was a blast, white knuckles and all."

"I purchased a 2000 Fatboy with only 66 Miles on it from Chris Walden at the Sunrise dealership. The bike arrived all the way to northern Canada just in time for the season and it was more than I expected. Chris did a awesome job and it was always a pleasure to phone done and be greeted by such joyful ladies on the phone. One last comment, Chris put me in touch with Steve at A & S Transportation for the long trip delivery and the bike arrived in perfect condition and I was kept informed all the way. "I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD AT BRUCE ROSSMEYERS HARLEY DAVIDSON. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST I HAD EVER HAD ANYWHERE. THE EMPLOYEES MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS PART OF A FAMILY. THE ONLY THING THAT I WISH THAT THEY HAD DON WAS TELL ME ABOUT THE INSURANCE THAT HARLEY DAVIDSON OFFERED. "Valentines day me and the wife were riding around West Palm Bch area from Stuart on our Wide Glide. Decided to visit the Harley place thier in Palm Bch,been thinking of trading in on a Road King. I was really disapointed in the way we were treated by the dealership. Didnt take our name,telephone # or address,didnt want to talk to us about our needs and wants,left thier very hurt. So I went online and emailed my interest in a couple bikes in Pompano and Mike contacted me and set an appointment with me. When I arrived I was treated very well and even though the bikes I was interested in were sold, I was able to make a deal on a 05 Road King. We Love our Bike and recommend Mike very highly.He will take the time to listen to your needs and wants. Thanks Mike for the experience. "I recently bought a 2008 Road king Police model from Korky at the Sunrise store. If you’re looking for a bike, this is the guy to go to. Like most people, I hate feeling like I’m being pressured into something. Korky is so laid back, you forget that he’s a salesman. He doesn’t pummel you with info, or try to hammer you into a contract like most salesmen. He spent close to an hour with me that first visit, despite the fact that I’d told him there was no way I was buying. A month later I bought from him because I liked him. I got exactly what I wanted, and at the price I wanted to pay without any bullshit or pressure. My only problem was some knucklehead named Gary that completely lied to me during the financing. I’d been doing my homework and was shocked at the maintenance schedule pricing he’d given my wife and I. As a cop for almost 20 years, I write down just about everything important. He was trying to sell me all the extras to the sale, like road hazard (which I purchased), extended warranty (which I purchased) and a lengthy maintenance plan (which I didn’t buy, but almost did because of the dollar figures of the service requirements at specific mileages he cited. I told him I though he must be wrong about these costs, but he was adamant. He said he’d been riding a Harley for more than 30 years, and knew everything about them. He said although he was new to this store, he was personal friends with Bruce Rossmeyer and his family for years, and was positive of these costs. Apparently being close friends of Bruce and his family was meant to be a character reference so great as to have me stop questioning his integrity, or the possibility of him being mistaken. I declined the maintenance plan anyway.) After the sale, he actually grabbed and shredded my notes to cover it up, which really angered me. He said he’d made a mistake on the VIN number and snatched up all the papers on the desk, including the one I was writing my notes on, and fed them into the shredder. Immediately after my financing session, my wife and I related the story, including the maintenance schedule and costs Gary presented, to Korky, who was pissed and wanted me to talk to the manager. I declined, but told Korky that he should speak to Gary and let him know we were onto him and how Karma works. I understand he's been fired, which he deserved if he was lying to all the customers. With the exception of goofy Gary, the rest of the staff has been AWESOME, and the entire experience was great. My bike had about 300 miles on it when I bought it, and after getting it home I noticed that there was a chip in the paint under the Talledega Speedway sticker on the tank. Service Manager Ed Bienkowski took one look at it when I drove back the next day and said No problem, we'll take care of everything. I assumed he would have his staff do a touch-up to that spot with a tiny brush and some black paint, and I was ok with that. No, Ed said that meant removing the tank and sending it back to Harley for stripping and re-painting. I’d heard that nothing at Harley is ever half-assed, and this is a perfect example. Because the weather was so perfect here, I put off returning the bike because Ed said it would take about a week and I didn't want to be without my bike and miss a weekend of riding. Well, time flies when you’re having fun especially when you’re on a Harley! Almost A FULL 6 MONTHS LATER I assumed that the time to have them fix it free had lapsed, and that I'd just have to live with the chip. I contacted Korky to check anyway, and was happily surprised to find that Ed would still honor the repair. Unbelievable. I brought it in on a Saturday, and had it back the following weekend. I’m still blown away. What Ed did for me was close to $600.00. (Thanks Ed!!) I’ve purchased several parts and accessories since buying the bike, and every time I feel like I’m the only one there. I’m sure there are dozens of others there at the same time, and each of them feels the same way. This kind of customer care is surely why Bruce Rossmeyer leads the pack with 14 stores all over the country. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. Bill Repoli "

"The check engine light on my '06 Ulysses came on while I was riding from East Tennessee to South Florida to visit my family. After making it to South Florida OK I stopped by your shop to see if they could quickly service my bike as it was my only transportation. Your techs found the problem in the wiring harness by the time that your service write had the bike checked in. By the time I finished a cup of coffee the tech was test riding my bike after the repair was completed. I was back on the road in no more then a half hour! Thanks for the great service! "It was Great. Judi was awesome and Algar was TERRIFIC with getting us the financeing. But our Greatest and BEST THANKS goes to Sean Jones.. He helped us last year with chroming the Ultra Classic we bought. Well after our trip to Sturgis I decided I wanted my own Harley. So over the last few months we have been coming down to see Sean once a week and he has showed us many bikes.( See I am short and alot of the bikes were to tall and we really didn't want to have to lower a bike.) But anyways today was our 7th anniversary and 1st anniversary for having the Ultra. We again went down to see Sean and I had a feeling my husband might be up to something since he gave me the learn to ride lessons earlier in the day. When we got there we went to the bike Sean had spoke about and Rick went to look for Sean but he was busy at the time with a customer so Judi came and talked with me and let me sit on the bike it felt GREAT.... So we decided to go for it. Sean finished with his customer and came over and helped us order the right leather bags-windshield and engine guard. So to let you know we had 2 salespersones that sold us the bike. Sean and Judi. And we hope Sean gets something for making the sale because in reality he sold us the bike since we has been looking for us for quite awhile...
